Effective IT Management provides the administrator with a simple interface for solving of the agendas necessary for effective IT administration. The first part of the interface is a portal which allows the users, and the administrator himself, to enter the requirements for technical support. In the same interface where the administrator records the information necessary to solve the requests, he/she can monitor the history and quality of the provided services. At the same time, a central administration tool is available to the administrator, allowing him to connect to any computer on this computer network at any time and find out the information on SW, HW, last activities of the user and a specific screen. Both interfaces are interconnected and allow the administrator a quick orientation.

Effective IT Management must have a client installed at each computer which should be administrated. The client can be installed automatically and remotely from the administrator’s workplace. The client scans SW and HW equipment, allows access and, eventually, overtaking of the screen, allows remote installation and update, monitors the user’s activities and eventually prohibits them or sends the administrator a message about these activities.

Within the central administration, it is possible to work with separate stations or station groups. The central administration can be closely tied with the structure from Active Directory. Within the central administration, it is possible to perform the evaluation of SW and HW audit, user activities and potential risks stemming from the user’s work.

The web interface serves to generate and make the reports accessible.
