An on-line personnel audit is an elegant solution for an accurate and objective measurement and check of one of the most precious resources of an organization – the human factor. It serves as an independent evaluation of the exploitation of the human resources and of the suitable portfolio of the existing employees. The goal is to identify the weak spots of the organizational structure, support resource management and optimize wage costs.

Why the Personnel Audit?

Personnel Audit is a unique solution, which can objectively, and in a short time, evaluate the extent of work utilization of your employees, usage of the IT means and, last but not least, the efficiency of the work - in the individual departments of the company or as an entire entity.
More angles of utilization can be outlined – from a practical view according to the priorities and gaps in the efficiency in the company.

I am buried in work

Managers, in particular, will appreciate the exploitation of the working hours of the employees, or eventually of entire work groups. Our results prove this. The solutions of the assigned work tasks can be divided among the less exploited individuals, e.g. amongst the work groups, in which can occur idle times for the reasons of insufficient work exploitation. In this case, from the practical experience of our clients from various subjects within the CR territory and abroad, we can talk about a situation in which many people talk about how much work they have, but the reality is in overwhelming amount of different cases, and the truthfulness of these statements is only revealed by the performed personnel audit.

My computer is slow

The second angle of usage of Personnel Audit is to monitor the activities at the individual work stations by the IT administrators. A regular monitoring of the utility of a PC can define a practical usage of hardware and software during working hours, which leads to an objective distribution of the IT means to individual employees. Again, if we should state practical examples – usually, a printer is not in every office, even though the users ask for it. In the end, it shows that a certain percentage of the employees use corporate means, such as printers, to print for private purposes. Quite often, the users also don’t need certain software installed at their individual stations; therefore, it is also possible to save the financial means by limiting the purchase of new, but in fact useless, software licenses for new work stations. Similarly, the purchase of new, but in fact "useless", hardware means, which would not be used sufficiently for work purposes, can be eliminated.

Using Personnel Audit leads to the saving of financial means, increasing efficiency in the company, and can also be a strong tool for planning IT and HR investments for future periods. It contributes to a long-term decrease of excessive purchase of these resources and significantly decreases the spent financial means in these sectors.
